Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Finality of Subscription
Fees paid for access to the Rupiece technology simulation platform are for the immediate provision of digital services. Once simulation credentials have been generated and sent to the user, the service is deemed as fully delivered.
2. Non-Refundable Nature
Due to the consumption of data resources and immediate access to proprietary assessment tools, all subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. No partial or full refunds are provided if a user fails to meet assessment targets or violates simulation rules.
3. Cancellation
Users can choose not to renew their subscription at any time. However, active assessment phases cannot be cancelled for a refund once they have commenced.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in cases of double payments or technical failures on our side that prevent service delivery. Such cases must be reported within 24 hours to customersupport@rupiece.in.
